Hello,
Coccinella Messenger-0.98.8.exe in Windows 98SE not installng. It produces a very long error message; too long to write down. The error message can be seen on:
http://wyxs.net/web/coccinella/coccinella_install_error.png

The same file installs fine on Windows XP.
Many schools still use this old OS.
