unable to sendfiles in whiteboard or import image

The progress bar is idle (not working)after a certain time,

Whiteboard files are sent immediately to the client of the whiteboard contact(s). Lines and text are sent via the server. If you or your contact(s) are behind a NAT (router) or a firewall, this may cause issues like this. In the preferences you can set the network settings, including the port to use for whiteboard file transfers.

Another known issue is that the whiteboard may not work if your contact is online with multiple clients (using different resources).

so i tried to send through whiteboard from the actions menu i gone whiteboard in the contactID field i put user name with server name.

Do you mean you tried to send the whiteboard canvas file (.can) via file transfer, or do you mean you just opened the whiteboard option in the Action menu?

How exactly do you get this error? Can you describe the things you clicked? Can this error be reproduced? Thanks for your help.
