I get this error with 0.96.12 on Vista64 now and then. Not sure what I am doing to create it. It just pops up now and then.

"Balloonhelp" are the mouseover text you see when you put the mouse above an item in the interface. Can you reproduce this error by putting the mouse above such an interface item? If yes, can you give one or more examples?
